My SudaZomba-3. It's a rare (blue) 242 damage LMG. Mine has arc damage. It Has stats (rate I'd Fire, etc. similar to against all odds. I can't any other blue LMG that's as good, even though my others have a higher damage base.

its a DLC crucible rare yes, it drops pretty often in the dlc playlists

Stalker bngl scout rifle is a blue and not only is itamazing for pvp, the paint job is more rare than any legendary or exotic.
