You may need to un-link and link your PSN ID to Bungie.net. Please view the following Help article:

And now it's suddenly happening to me. It was working fine earlier. This is a pain because I want to access the vault without having to endure loading screens.

When I first joined I used my google account then linked my psn I have then unlinked my google account

I have done this twice but still no change, it says that I dont have the destiny game when I click on my legend on the bungie website it tells me I have to buy it
