You Can Not Join My Raids With IB Gear
We should not let these fake level 32's in our raids for two reasons:
1. Iron Banner gear is for PvP not PvE
2. They don't deserve it. Anyone can hit IB rank 3 and 4. Grinding for the gear in raids is how it should be done.
Edit: I'm 32 just ranking up gear and even if I wasn't 32 I have the gear to get there so think before you speak.
Edit 2: This is getting more attention than I thought it would so I'd like to take this time to rub this in your faces. You know that Red Death, Suros, and Gjallarhorn you all worked so hard and long for? I got them all in one week.
Edit 3: This is getting boring same responses over and over. I intended to just write the original post but I had to take the opportunity to mess with you guys. I might answer some comments later.

If anything you do more grinding for iron banner gear than you do for the raid. There's plenty of ways to cheese parts on the raid which make it a 5 minute job but compared to iron banner there is nothing you actually have to play good

Have you even tried the IB? No matter how good or bad you are it takes forever to get to the levels to buy the gear. And it is much harder to kill real people moving all over the place and that can actually think about things than it is the pre programed PVE enemies.

Raid gauntlets increase my special weapon reload, and like a 5% chance to make an orb with hive melee kill. I'd much rather use my IB gauntlets Cuz it's more beneficial to me to have auto rifles reload faster. Then when I'm going to find a raid group there's 4ssh0les like "YOU" that say I'm a charity 32 till I switch my gear in front of them and my weapons and armor make them feel like noobs. You sir are a prime example of b!tch.

You don't even have over 2000 grimoire score haha, please... FYI - I like many others are levelling up the IB armour because it looks much better than the crappy raid armour, and also helps stand out a bit in the generic land that is destiny customisation. Don't be so hasty to judge my scrub friend!

6 RespuestasTime spent grinding is equal. Actually, it probably takes more time in iron banner to get to rank 3-4 than it does to collect all the gear and materials in the raid. the only difference is you can only do the raid once a week per character. That and Iron Banner requires infinitely more thumbstick skill than raiding does. Sincerely, a raid 32.
