Hardly random is a weird statement.

It is either random or not.

Hardly is an adjective describing the noun random. It tells you to which the extent it is random. Therefore I said it is random to the extent of hardly. I put it in retard terms so you could understand.

I don't think you understand how to use adjectives. You're calling a red wall "hardly red". It's sad that people yell at developers without knowing anything about it. In a computer world, random is random. Not "hardly" random. It. Is. Random. Do you understand? You would be the retard in a discussion about game mechanics.
