Bad Juju - hated by most, barely leveled by some.
This things a hidden monster. The "firing from the hip" perk is fairly useless imho..BUT the last perk, which hardly anyone knows about because its a pulse rifle and nobody levels it that high, makes up for it.
Instant reload - DOES NOT pull from the reserve ammo. Its literally infinite ammo. If you can't get a kill by 24 shots, you might want to brush up your aiming.
More damage - its a crowd control perk on steroids.
More super energy - you combine the instant reload/infinite ammo, put a crowd control perk on to mow down adds, and then top it off with more super energy per kill and you have orbs for days! Drop obsidian mind on a warlock and its a nova bomb apocalypse.
Granted, this isn't a go to for PvP, but damn this things fun in PvE.
So what do you say? Give bad juju a shot will ya? :)
Edit: its awesome to see so many positive feedbacks about this gun! And for the many of you doing the bounty for it to try it out, don't give up! You got this bro.
If you need motivation, then here you go.

This video wasn't made by me, but it shows the wombo combo of obsidian mind and Bad J at work. Not gonna lie...kinda turned me on a little bit.
Edit: after the recent buff to pulse rifles, this guns now completely viable in PvP!

Bad Juju is great. It had such a bad name before Bungie buffed it. The bounty is a lot of butt hurt, but believe me, it's worth it.
-
Useless perk whenever you have to kill something that actually matters. Which is anything with a yellow health bar
-
2 RespuestasI love Bad Juju. Red Death and Bad Juju are severely underestimated weapons. Their upsides are amazing and no one ever seems to use them.
-
5 RespuestasJust got the bounty so I'm gonna rock it with my obsidian mind. I'll be using my super every 10 seconds I think
-
I was about to choose that bounty as a day one, but recently getting it, and then sneezed and choose invective, so just need the pulse rifle one and I'll have one set of bounties done.
-
My first (and only) exotic weapon is Juju. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
I love the bad juju
-
I use void walker with OM and bad juju when farming glimmer on Mars. Specs for dayzzz and mad glimmer gains.
-
Even when not a Voidwalker it's still very useful for constant supers when weak adds are around.
-
Nope requires playing PvP no offense as a FPS PVP player with other games I have to say I hate Destiny's PvP so much I refuse to even acknowledge it's existence (Damn it!) see what you made me do? lol
-
We know this already
-
Let's just talk about bad juju and obsidian mind for a second. Warlock overload plz
-
Honestly, Bad Juju is not a bad gun. Would I use it instead of Ghorn, IB, or even vex? Absolutely not.
-
1 RespuestaIt's my favorite gun at the moment. I've long said that bad juju is underrated by this community. Everyone puts all the emphasis on other exotics because it's not a boss killer. But everything in destiny isn't a boss battle, and that's where bad juju shines. It's exactly what bad juju was made for, crowd control. And boy it does that to perfection. I use my bad juju in a support role. Taking down mobs quickly, freeing up my team focus on the boss. Really helps the strikes go really smoothly. Suggestions: I use my bad juju with my warlock with voidwalker subclass and obsidian mind exotic helm. You become nearly invincible with this loadout. Each kill fills my super for my nova bomb, and each nova bomb helps refill the next nova bomb, and kills come really easy with bad juju. It's so much fun.
-
1 RespuestaOnly problem is that it takes up an exotic slot. I would so rather have an ice breaker, plan c or p&t as a special or ghorn in heavy. I agree pretty good gun just sucks it takes an exotic slot. Fatebringer, VoC, or the right perked scout rifle is a better combo.

Just got my first exotic bounty last night and its for juju can't wait to get it
-
Would never waste time ,I don't care if it reloads I have scouts that are one shot kills with most adds ,bad juju on bosses is the worst choice in life that gun is horrendous.
-
I love the gun in PvE! Used properly, you'll never run out of ammo and rarely reload. Man, if it had the impact of a good scout, it would be a BEAST! But, I'm a fan of it as-is and have totally pimped mine out.
-
4 RespuestasBad juju, 100% discipline, and obsidian mind=infinite nova bombs
-
3 RespuestasI love the bad juju in certain situations. Tons of little guys get wrecked while simultaneously filling my super? Yes please. Couple that with achlyophage symbiote or mask of the third eye for hunter and you are crapping orbs of light everywhere.
-
Bad juju and obsidian mind is a match made in heaven lol
-
Hunter with don't touch me gauntlets.. It's pretty much a super every 10 seconds after you use your last super

1 RespuestaKindly see my feedback to each of your points concerning Juju in [[brackets]] Bad Juju - hated by most, barely leveled by some. [[Most people that I have spoken with don't hate Juju; they simply want it to be stronger and a feasible choice against Ultras/Majors as well - like every other Exotic that is used by the majority...perhaps yearning for it to be closer to it's Pre-Beta days, since the nerf bat swung a little too hard, and the follow up buff wasn't quite enough to make it's power equivalent to other Exotic weapons.]] This things a hidden monster. The "firing from the hip" perk is fairly useless imho..BUT the last perk, which hardly anyone knows about because its a pulse rifle and nobody levels it that high, makes up for it. [[By stating that Bad Juju is a "hidden monster", you would have to state that every other class of weapon that is Legendary+ is an "in your face hidden monster-eating Titan" by comparison. This is due to the fact that every other Legendary+ weapon that I have tested outperforms Juju in damage per second and kill speed.]] Instant reload - DOES NOT pull from the reserve ammo. Its literally infinite ammo. If you can't get a kill by 24 shots, you might want to brush up your aiming. [[How many times has the reload speed of your Primary slotted weapon hindered your ability to kill something? How many times have you truly run out of ammo with your Primary slotted weapon? For anyone reading this, expect to require a reload against any Ultra/Major that you come across if your Super is not up.]] More damage - its a crowd control perk on steroids. [[No, it's not. It's a slight damage boost, not a significant one, especially insignificant against anything with a Yellow Health Bar. Overhyping something usually leads to disappointment, not happiness.]] More super energy - you combine the instant reload/infinite ammo, put a crowd control perk on to mow down adds, and then top it off with more super energy per kill and you have orbs for days! Drop obsidian mind on a warlock and its a nova bomb apocalypse. [[Agreed, the extra Super energy is fantastic. However, leaves a bit of a bitter taste in your mouth when you know that if you don't save that Super for the next Ultra/Major, you better hope that there are a bunch of Red Bar NPCs around to refill that Super.]] Granted, this isn't a go to for PvP, but damn this things fun in PvE. [[Agreed, definitely fun against Patrol level content...not so much on Nightfalls or Weekly Heroic Strikes.]] So what do you say? Give bad juju a shot will ya? :) [[ I have over 1,000 kills with the weapon, and there are only a few simple modifications that need to be made to make Bad Juju a top-contender for being a favored Exotic for every class, not just Warlocks in very specific conditions. It simply is not viable or fun to use against hard content, and I really, really want to be able to use it successfully against that content.]] Edit: its awesome to see so many positive feedbacks about this gun! And for the many of you doing the bounty for it to try it out, don't give up! You got this bro. [[Agreed, it's a blast to use against Easy Content.]] If you need motivation, then here you go. http://youtu.be/Br4MY2I7dZY This video wasn't made by me, but it shows the wombo combo of obsidian mind and Bad J at work. Not gonna lie...kinda turned me on a little bit. [[Are you familiar with the term "cherry picking" when used in reference to data? Essentially providing data that is extremely one-sided and does not accurately represent the whole picture to support one's argument? That's what the video is. I have a Legendary AutoRifle (For the People) equipped on my Warlock that is a Low Impact AR; however, it still outperforms Juju in the following categories: - Rate of Fire - DPS - Stability - Reload Speed - Magazine Size, even without Field Scout. High Impact ARs, Scout Rifles and HandCannons that are Legendary+ blow away Juju in its current form in PvP and PvE, which can be verified by anyone capable of performing simple arithmetic. I want Bad Juju to be stronger so that it's viable in most situations, so that it is in the same class as the majority of Exotics. Juju was my first Exotic, and since the day I first equipped it since Destiny went live, I have immensely enjoyed the artistic vision behind Juju - that's probably why I have tried to get Juju's Impact buffed or modified in some way so that it can be my "Go To" Primary slot weapon...most people completely bypass the Pulse Rifle category though since the other weapon classes outperform them, so it's mostly a quiet crusade to give Juju the power that I believe it deserves.]] TL;DR: Bad Juju is not a "Hidden Monster" in it's current form; it's a declawed housecat with dull teethe that some people claim is a Tiger due to it's coloring...it isn't a monster yet (to more than a mouse), but it could be, with some added attention from the Developers. :-)
-
Most people, like myself, ignore it because when we got it it was an utter piece of crap and now that it's been improved we have better uses for our exotic slot than a primary.

I'm getting mine upgraded for wednesdays hard raid
