am i doing something wrong?
ive done the hard raid something like 25 times now for one weapon that everyone seems to have. the mythoclast.
yes i now it isnt what it once was but ive wanted it since i got the game and cant get it, all me friends have it and i just need to know if theres something you have to do to unlock it or if anyone could help me unlock it somehow cause im getting fed up.

I was dying for the VOC for a while, always ended up with shards/energies and chatterwhites. Finally got one...and I've gotten 4 more since, on 4 raid runs. But can't seem to get an AE to drop. Moral of the story, just keep on grinding. One day, it'll show (as I sit here dreaming of an IB or GH).

I'm in the same boat, luckily I haven't attempted it as many times as yourself but I'd highly advise just not putting yourself through the turmoil and do the raid less often so it doesn't feel so disappointing if you don't get the vex. Countless completions with little to no results can really wear you down after a while. So don't stress too much about getting it, and focus you're attention on other items you desire. You'll get it on that random raid you decide to do after a while "just for the hell of it" , and THEN you receive the vex, once you stop caring so much. That's how RNGesus like to work I think.

10 RespuestasIt's all RNG man. The first exotic I read about was Red Death. Ever since then I wanted that gun so bad. My first exotic ended up being ice breaker. Now I have every exotic in the game but one. Guess which one? The one I wanted from the beginning.

I joined a fireteam on hard mode and they were at the end already. Since there's no revive, I just cycled through the team members and watched. They were in the middle of a portal run when I got there, and killed Atheon the next run after that. I didn't get to help do anything, but got the Vex. LOL
