All the incentives and "for the players" crap wouldn't exist without competition. We're all gamers. Rejoicing about a hack/attack against your fellow gamers is ridiculous. Everyone brings up that hack sony had a while ago, it's not funny. The lizard squad is just a group of trolls rejoicing in the discomfort/misfortune of others. Kind of sounds familiar. You're proud of your console, awesome. Just because some one owns the other doesn't make him a rival. Get over it. You have an xbox one and playing Sunset Overdrive or Master Chief Collection, great. You have a ps4 and you're excited about The Order and just pre ordered it or Blood borne good for you. We're gamers. We all seem to like Destiny. Troll topics like this shouldn't exist. Don't trade in your ps4 for an xbox one. Just sell it. That way none of us have to put up with you on either console. Whichever you choose i don't care. I'm just thankful i haven't upgraded yet and won't have to put up with you're whining.

16 RespuestasJust putting it out there. When I was at eb games getting my xbone replacement seeing as it had a hardware failure. He was telling me that he has both consoles and in the time he has had both he has gone through 3 xbox ones and still has his ps4 obviously showing that ps4 is better, but I own a xbox and still believe Sony has more potential to stop these DDoS attacks unlike microsoft. Sony is the better console but PC is the master race therefore showing that xbone is the worst console and I noticed this after purchasing this. So in conclusion, you sir need to keep your ps4 do not by a xbone.

14 RespuestasPlaystation is still down to confirm your information and content is not tampered with. Microsoft is up and running because they do not care enough to look into how or why they were hacked. They just say -blam!- it put the same crap that just got hacked three times in a row back in service. Then when their customers start to complain about not having access to their account, Microsoft will claim it is not their issue. Been there done that. No thanks. I would rather be down longer knowing Sony is actually looking into the problem. Besides XBone is for shit anyways.

The only difference between these boxes are the shady and corrupt companies that manage them. Without one, the other would have no competition, therefore we would be thrown around like rag dolls. I'm a fan of the Playstation, but I know that saying PSN is crap is an understatement. I'm harder on Sony because I'm a fan of them, I want them to get better, making Microsoft bust moves, in turn causing Sony to do something consumer-friendly, even though they both want to screw us over.

Dude... I'm all about Xbox, but live isn't perfect yet either, your angst should be directed to lizard squad. Is live a better network, yes, but blaming psn for the actions of lizard squad is like blaming a homeowner for ONLY locking his door. Ddos attacks are extremely hard to fight. Game on man.

Still not guaranteed xbox will work . Keep trying to play a strike mission on my 360 only to be kicked off halfway through.(disconnected from Xbox live). Might not be as bad as psn but not worth my $350 just to be screwed again

Best part of this totally preventable attack...it allowed me to break the addiction to Destiny and play my other PS4 games; Shadow of Mordor is an amazing game...and I have sat on it for month be cause I think I can beat that idiot cryptarch and get treated like sh1t by that f-ing game. 'Nuff said.
