A billion dollar game and they can't create a matchmaking system for a raid? Not everyone in the world has 5 friends available to run the raid or the time to organize one. Bungie's Peak was Halo 2 case closed....If they had a matchmaking system they could set it up were you must have a mic to join. At least this way you'd be able to find potential people to do the raids with. On another note they should have made a place in the tower were you can go to find people to do the raid. Another thing is no open mic? They had open mic on Halo 2 on the battlefield and they don't have it in the tower. I'm not hating. All i'm saying is that a billionaire dollar game should not have this many flaws.

When did you go into a random strike and actually hear someone speak ?? Because even in a fireteam of randoms all I hear is silence

1 RespuestaYeah its absolutly mind blowing that bungie took this stance on the raid. Horrid decision. MMO's have had matchmaking for the toughest of the raids they provided and those raids have been beaten. What pisses me off more about the situation is the fact that the only people they are hurting with the no match making option is the people that would use the match making option. Every one saying no to match making, it does not affect either way. They have a group to do the raid. Even if the raid had match making it would not affect the game play of those said indivuals, however with no match making you pretty much just excluded the end game to a large portion of the community. I've been gaming for over 25 years, I do not turn on my xbox one to go make new friends. I do it to relieve stress, talk to real friends, and kill some time.

I know "no one uses mics anymore" but you'd be surprised what happens when u start calling out stuff how many people plugin and start communicating. So your left with finding randoms on the internet to fill the gap...... What's the difference?

5 RespuestasEditado por RebornV3: 9/20/2014 1:52:47 AMafter getting to the final encounter/boss in the raid its apparent that there is no way a random team of players with little to no communication could ever beat VOG I stand by Bungies decision to not have matchmaking in raids

2 RespuestasLooks like you don't understand the concept of raids in these kinds of games at all, huh?

Though I don't see match making going well., I'm the type of person struggling to get ppl on my time frame. I work retail so the times are erratic. So trying to find 6 new friends geared enough. On my time cycle is getting to be a challenge. Undergoing all of this crap I still don't believe in matchmaking for this raid.

In the Halo series yes, but I'm not ready to write them or this game off quite yet.
