I don't understand people's gripe with this at all. CoD Ghosts did the same thing last year for people who bought the 360 or PS3 versions of the game. It is a nice thing the publisher and developer are doing so that people don't lose all of their hard work and have to pay for the same game twice when they upgrade to next gen console. They don't have to. Don't be ungrateful.
