3 RespuestasI'm pro-death penalty. But at this time, I'm anti-death penalty. Confused? No need. I'm pro-death penalty because people who are clearly guilty, say Adam Lanza for an extreme example, people who can never be integrated back into society, people who didn't just kill but killed many people, do not deserve life in prison. They don't deserve the millions spent in guarding and housing them isolated from society. There is nothing to be redeemed from this situation. Kill them so we can move on with our lives. But as it stands, the death penalty is a MASSIVE increase in costs over life in prison without parole. Since we are strapped for cash, being anti-death penalty is more cost efficient.

The Republican party: Where we're pro life, but also pro letting poor people die if they can't afford health care.
-
12 RespuestasConservatives want live babies so they can raise them to be dead soldiers
-
Most pro-life folks only care about the fact that the baby is born. Anything else after that is irrelevant. Whether that child is taken care of or not. Not really what should be said on topic of op But that's all I gotta say

68 RespuestasIf you're pro-life, please answer the following question. Would you force someone to donate blood and/or organs to save someone else's life?
-
Babies aren't equitable to criminals.
-
killing something innocent =/= killing a criminal If we killed all the rapists we wouldn't have an "pro-life"problem
-
I did a report on the death penalty, and it's soon going to be history. It keeps dropping every year.
-
'Pro-life' is just a phrase used by republicans trying to take the moral high ground despite the fact they're completely immoral in almost everything they do. They say they're pro-life but they'd tell you to go -blam!- yourself if you're a poor person dying in the street without health insurance as well.
-
If you're vegan because you support animal rights AND pro-choice, then your opinion is stupid and invalid. Your move.
-
I see it as the other way around, if you're anti death penalty and pro choice then your opinion is stupid and invalid. Killings babies that did not have a chance to live or do anything vs someone that had a life and threw it away.
-
Executing criminals, and saving innocent life is bot a contradiction. Executing innocent life, but saving criminals is withal.
-
2 Respuestas"pro life" is just pollitical twisting. They are anti-choice.

The jimmy rustling is strong in this one...

2 RespuestasPro-death penalty people are also pro-spend more money than needed. The process to kill someone through Death Row is sooooo long, and costs so much to do humanely. inb4 why not put a bullet to their head And then everyone in the world will solidify their perception of us as being gun-toting barbarians.
-
16 RespuestasProve you wrong? Everyone deserves a CHANCE at life. When you mess that chance up by committing horrible crimes (Murder, -blam!-, ect) You deserve to be taken out of this world.
-
I'm pro life because I want murderers and rapists killed. By killing killers, you avoid multiple deaths. I'd rather see one murderous fiend die than see him kill 5 others. It makes sense statistically.
-
The argument against your point is that everyone is born innocent, and therefore deserves a chance at life, whereas those who get the death penalty have committed a crime aware of the consequences. I'm pro-choice and anti-death penalty, but your argument is stupid and invalid.
-
Can you smell the rustling?
-
Should someone else pay the price for my poor choices? If I spend to much in a mall, should someone who had no say in shopping pay the bill?

There's a difference numb nutz

I am actually pro-life and against the death penalty. However, it is different, because I don't think we should sacrifice the life of the baby (or "fetus") for someone else's freedom. Executing a murderer (virtually always including multiple deaths) is ending someone's life who ended the life of another. That said, I think instead of straight out outlawing abortion (and/or in addition to it) we should try to provide women with "crisis pregnancies" with help. Most are economically or socially "unable to have" the child, so we should try to address that as first importance.
