So I've been playing skyrim since my gold ran out. I created a new character, but I have a feeling this game hates me. It crashed twice on me within an hour, just before the autosave it does every 15 minutes. Next I want to do the quest for merida. When the quest starts she teleports you far above Skyrim. Next thing I know, she drops me down. This is supposed to happen, but while my screen goes white, which means I should be safe from falling the falling damage, I hear a loud UGH. Apparently the game thought it was fun to have me killed by a scripted event. 10 minutes earlier, I respawn. This time, I run above a canyon while she's talking and I survive. After I kill the boss for that mission, I get lifted up again, but this time you can't walk while speaking and I hit the ground again. Have to do the boss again. With some luck and reflexes, I manage to barely survive this time. 45 minutes of playtime lost, and it's not even my fault. Also last night, it managed to delete Fort Dawnguard completely. There was only a blue square on the ground. Fixed it by retraveling, but it was pretty freaky. ITT: Discuss the horrible bugs in skyrim and your encounters with them.
