Think about it. The human body is way too complex for nature to make it by means of natural selection. I'm thinking aliens helped engineer us to some extent. Maybe they found earth a long time ago (possibly a few hundred thousands years), and they visit periodically, which would explain the ancient aliens theory and why we're better than most apes.
