These thoughts just popped into my head at random times, so excuse the lack of direction 1.I probably would have branched Cortana's rampancy throughout the series. 2.I would have kept the fall to requiem but instead of covenant attacking the ship I would have it attacked by forrunner sentinels. 3.Halo 4's story would alternate between chief trying to find a way back home and the arbiter fighting the civil war on his home planet. 4. The plot WOULD NOT follow the books in a major way. 5. Chief, being on a forerunner planet, would have to make due with his surroundings until the Infinity comes to save him. 6. Arbiter's missions would focus more on regular combat and vehicle warfare, chief's would focus on guerrilla warfare. 7. Keep the blaming final run! 8. Portray chief as the MIA supersoldier instead of a super hero. 9. Keep the prometheans, reveal the didact in a later game. 10. Awaken the didact when combating the flood 11. The didact and chief must make a decision to fight the flood infection together 12. In the final game, the Didact comes to value the courage of the humans and gives them the Mantel of Responsibility
