I never buy used games
I have a steady internet connection
I don't consider $100 over a 5-8 year span to be significant
I regularly host people to watch shows like Game of Thrones, and simple features like being able to say "Xbox on, watch game of thrones" rather than finding a remote and navigating menus is appealing to me.
I watch sports
I have a feeling that the entertainment experience (even disregarding live tv) will be better on the XB1 and that is important to me for a living room device.
I like the idea that even the disc-based games that might be cheaper than games purchased and downloaded can be installed and discarded and that I will be able to say "Xbox, play Halo or The Division rather than finding the game disc and inserting it into the tray. I don't see how this would be possible on the PS3 considering their lack of DRM.
I prefer the Xbox 360 controller
I subscribe to Xbox Music and other MS products
I have purchased Xbox movies and TV shows that I will presumably have access to on the XB1
I see value in the potential ecosystem integration given the fact that the XB1 runs a version of windows.
I see value in having Skype on my TV
I have more confidence in Microsoft's online capabilities with regard to multiplayer.
a lot more exclusives shown at E3 for XB1, rather than the 4-5 shown on PS3.
