since midnight means the next day EX:monday - 12:00 AM tuesday and you're eating after that time it should count as breakfast considering that it's already the next day.

1 RespuestaLike the amalgamation of lunch and breakfast to form the in between meal of brunch, or the less common linner (or dunch, depending on where you're from), a meal does, indeed exist between dinner and breakfast. It's known as dickfest (or Fourthmeal, if you buy into Taco Bell's philosophy).

3 RespuestasBreakfast is normally after the long period of not eating after dinner. Think about it. You wake up at 6-8 am and eat. Only 4-6 hours later, at about 12 pm, you eat lunch. Then, only another 6-8 hours later you eat dinner. But then it's a 12 hour stretch till the morning, so you are basically "fasting" at that point. Breakfast is the first meal you eat of the day after having slept for the night. What you're talking about is aptly named the "midnight snack."
