Classic "Feel"
What would Halo 4 need to get everyone playing it again?
What I've gathered so far:
-No sprint(fixed sprit)
-de-scope
-same starting weapons
-no ordnance
-no AA
What else? Most of these things are fixed with Legendary Slayer coming on Monday.

Frag grenade start Max. 2 Beefed véhicules, but not overpowering. More gametypes (don't remove any of the old ones) NO PERKS Thats all I can think of.
