Content drought already?
Usually we don't run out of stuff to do until a few weeks before the end of the season but as of last week it seems like there was nothing left to do. There's no reason to be waiting for so long to release grandmasters either. It seems logical that they should come out at the same time trials does. I'm over here doing prep work for next season already because there's nothing to do

There is plenty of repeatable content in the game, just no rewards for doing it. I have plenty of chores IRL, I don't need them in what little free time I get playing games.

2 RespuestasI’m with you but I’m okay with it. I recently put 50 or so hours into forbidden west (a fantastic game) to finish it. Discovered that star wars rebels is a really good show and did many other enjoyable things. Next up the forbidden west dlc, the new Jedi game and in June Diablo. I hope destiny continues being boring all year! I’ve been having fun for a change,

Well, Lightfall released with no new PvP or Gambit content. It's the first expansion Bungie every released were they only added one new strike & a few re-skinned strikes. There really wasn't a lot of content in Lightfall when comparing this expansion to past expansions. I seen this coming with the post expansion content of TWQ - one of the big reasons I didn't pre-order anything this year. Vote with your wallet.

Yeah boring game. I just did 20 matches in iron banner. focused every engram into the stupid azz Heros burden for a destabilizing rounds.. Nope.. nothing. 1 out of 6 chance I get the perk but nope.. I'm not motivated to go for titles either. Waiting for Diablo4 to come out already lol.

10 RespuestasPrep? For what? The power level isn’t going up. You’re going to be under level for any activity outside of normal raids. No matter how much you grind. There’s no reason to prep.

the moment i noticed the story only had 5 weeks i knew week 6 would be hard, by week 7 not a lot of people will be left grinding and by the time we get the final story beat who know how many of the player base will be left/inclined to return

Content drought happened after the day one for me. Nothing else to do besides the usual stuff. Season is underwhelming as always (even more than others since its empty because of its release alongside a dlc)

I just wanted to get the Queensguard title done.. but you know... 5/6 Radios done because Bungie time gates "story" quests. I do still need two Legends BGs and the Avalon Legend but those I just need someone willing to run them with me. The hardest part in avalon for me is the death circle, I know ill lose my mind trying to beat that solo. And I beat the Previous Exotic Quest solo many times.

Why is it bad for this game to have slow weeks? I enjoy when the game is slow sometimes, means i can do other stuff with my wife and kids without worrying about fomo kicking in. GMs come out today, im going to knock those out with some buddies then slow down on destiny and enjoy the nice weather till next season drops

2 RespuestasI'm usually on and off with this game. Ever since PSO2 came to xbox, I've been more active on there, same goes for NGS too. So far, I've been switching between these three games: PSO2 NGS, Destiny 2 and BF2042. But whenever my wifi is off or whatever, I play Sword of the Vagrant or watch some missed seasonal animes that I haven't watched.

Yep 43 days to go till next season! LF lost me in the 2nd week but I’ve been playing for years . I don’t do pinnacles just refuse to , it’s been this ways for years so not sure what people were expecting 🤷🏼♂️

LoL that’s not even close to accurate. The story usually only lasts 6-8 weeks after release. GMs are usually opened up shortly thereafter. This model has been on rinse and repeat for ages now.
