You only have a PSN account you don't need cross save.
You could not have activated cross save as you only have one account on Bungie.net.

When I started the game up after downloading, I had my 3 old guardians but they’re all starter’s with out my old stuff. I just have my glimmer and legendary shards left. The last time I played was 2018 so I get that a lot has changed but not this much right.. haha
