Why didn’t bungie reimburse the community?

So they took away 50% of the game I paid for. They said we’re getting new content that’ll fill that void, so far we’ve gotten a planet with a story that lasts 4 hours. A raid that can be done with new light players in under an hour. Hunts(which I mean honestly who cares) and battlegrounds which will probably become irrelevant next season. Now I’m not gonna say “bungie give me back my money” but rather why didn’t they offer bright dust or silver for the old season pass and dlc owners who’s purchases now can’t even be played. Honestly seems like a missed opportunity to build good faith with the community and show they weren’t going to be Activision 2.0 But looking at the transmog system I’m sure they will be bungievision soon... Edit: you guys have some misconception that I care to get money back, I was simply ask why didn’t bungie make a good faith move to try and give the community a win

  • Fun fact you don't own anything . They could delete everything an walk away . You signed/ clicked enough legal things . They own the game you have the ability to play it. We aren't owed anything that's the issue with Games as a Service, take any dead MMO as an example doesn't matter that I spend 10000000000 hero coins in City of Heroes , the game is dead, the servers are dead .
