With all the poor quality and so skinny I can't find it - content bungie, you really think that we need to worry about weekly challenges. Overall, it just sounds like another guardian hour farm for less and less bright dust. WHERE IS THE BEEF BUNGLE. WE want new, fresh not reskinned reused content and you give us weekly brightdust guardian farm. Bungie you are sooooooo out of touch with your player base and how many people stopped playing this shitty game. WAKE UP BUNGLE.

3 RespuestasData speaks for itself in regards to the meta, bounties and pretty much everything we do on game, so I’m presuming Bungie are balancing in regards to what everyone does in the game and not just the spoilt brats that think about what’s in front of them rather than the whole player base! If swords are the main go to for most content then that’s a balance issue, weapons and especially exotics should be per situation or build requirement and not all content! Personally, I like the bright dust changes, the extra challenges to keep me busy and getting rid of the token system, they all point to streamline and means less time turning in trash and more time playing the content I enjoy and rewarded instantly for doing so, change is not always a bad thing when you actually stop and think of the benefits, rather than succumbing to the of anxiety change!

New season released? Do bounties. New seasonal activity? Do bounties. Need to get power? Do bounties. New event? Do bounties. Seasonal challenges are directed to this issue. They explicated mention bounty fatigue in the TWAB. The challenges apparently offer rewards outside of bright dust and glimmer, and encourages players to play all the activities, which reduces FOMO. And if you didn't think FOMO was a real issue, you clearly have been informing the Felwinter's Lie posts. We want new content. Great. I agree with that. The point of this TWAB wasn't about those issues so I don't know why you're condemning it for something it was never meant to be.

You had my up vote right up until you brought Trump and politics into it. Nothing about this game is brain washing, or like the former president, if anything Bungie is very left leaning and much more like Biden. Last year during the moon; every season the bulk of the content went away. Gone for ever. It was then Bungie was accused of making fomo content by us, the players. Content that we knew if we did not play it it would never be available again. Seasonal challenges are just this same crap al over again, what you do not do this season will not be available ever again. Bungie says they are trying to eliminate disappearing content and the fear of missing it, and then they make disappearing content.

Almost every other battle-pass style idea in other games has these type of challenges and it makes it so you can come back a week or two into the season and not miss things. 14 RespuestasI’m actually glad they made the seasonal challenges. I cannot express how tired I am of grinding bounties every time I wanna get anything done in D2. Especially bounties that I have to do within a specific amount of time. Now I won’t feel like I’m behind just for missing 2-3 days. I’m not a Bungie fanboy or anything, but I’ll admit when I think they made a good call. I’m glad they finally addressed FOMO in some kind of way. Maybe not perfectly, but still pretty well.

9 RespuestasBasically everything in the last 2 TWAB's is a direct result of player feedback. We hate FOMO and bounty grind: Bright Dust challenges can now be completed anytime during the season. Seasonal content sticks around all year. Swords are OP, Rockets are UP: Nerf and Buff respectively Bungie took away the relevancy of Dreaming City and the Moon: You can now get power-relevant rewards there again. The discrepancy between mkb and controller weapon feel is too wide: Nerf mouse recoil. It's impossible to contest a sniper rifle without a sniper rifle: Sniper flinch increased. I don't agree with all of the sandbox changes but it's clear that all of this is the result of feedback. I've seen threads on every single one of these things in the last month.

Challenges are just a single character centric thing. You can keep playing your main character and will still be able to gain xp and bright dust, which is a good thing. Grinding same 3 playlist on all 3 characters is not content and will never be. This is a good change which they have implemented. I know they are just re-skinned bounty system but, it’s single character based so yeah, it’s a good change. I get your point about bungo being out of touch with the community but we gotta keep in mind how big the community is and there are so many different types of players exist in this community. So, satisfying everyone’s expectation is not possible. But if community comes together and everyone stays on the same page then yeah changes can be implemented our way. There are number of players who think loot is pretty much handed out in D2 while other appreciate the focused loot system so this kind of thing creates a divide which is hard to fill. So, we do gotta think whether we need hard earned loot or a focused system of it we can’t have both at the same time. This is just an example of the dilemma, of course there are other things like that.
