Sunsetting is a necessary evil. Bungie has already proved that they can't make interesting new weapons with few acceptions. Idk about you but I use only a handful of weapons per season. If it weren't for sunsetting we would just see the same cycle of nerfing everything. You're all sheep with no nuance or individuality. Wah, they sunset my gear and made me use new weapons. I mean it was just last year we were complaing about weapon classes getting blanket nerfed. Now they cooled off on the blanket nerfs and instead have good weapons cycle in and out which solves power creep. Guess I'll just complain about sunsetting now.
