Is this a new meta? 0.2 ttk pulses?
So.....I've been playing comp with some friends and we encountered some very interesting pulse rifle users. Guys were shooting so fast (clearly faster the those guns should be shooting) that we couldn't even react quick enough. Hacking? Or am I crazy and this is the new meta?

34 RespuestasProbably lag. I see people saying it might be a PC cheat mod, but that happens on console all the time. Rapid fire Bygones 1 shot to the head.
