Is this a new meta? 0.2 ttk pulses?
So.....I've been playing comp with some friends and we encountered some very interesting pulse rifle users. Guys were shooting so fast (clearly faster the those guns should be shooting) that we couldn't even react quick enough. Hacking? Or am I crazy and this is the new meta?

You must be new here. In 20 mins you’ll be banned for naming and shaming. Meanwhile the cheater will be free to go on his merry way skipping down the road doing exactly what he was doing oblivious to everything, plus still cheating. Bungie: where it’s good to cheat.

No this is a cheat that was used by a notorious cheater who was banned. Not for life as you would think but, for a year. He is back now and spreading the cheat to other cheaters. At some point Bungie need to actually grow a pair and put in dedicated PvP servers plus actually have perma bans that are perm. Exception obviously being if their anti cheat has false positives.

You can tell without even looking that this guy is cheating. Just listen to the sound of how fast his bad juju is firing! I've seen other videos of the same guy cheating. Bungie just doesn't care.

I used to see this a lot in D1, with hawksaw and Mida. It's 1 of 2 things, a modded rapid fire controller, they sell thousands of these on eBay for cod but after looking years it used to work in all shooters, Inc destiny. Or more likely, it's lag. The guys internet is so bad, all his damage hits you in 1 go due to packet loss and bungies slow ass tick rate

Posting identifying information on the forum is against the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct]Code of Conduct[/url] and can get you Ninja'd.

Cheating for sure. Report and attach the video; although I have lost faith in Bungie when it comes to cheats and exploits.

Jitter mod on a modified controller or input software. Tricks the game into accepting more trigger pull commands than the weapon is actually capable of. People do actually get banned for this, if they are reported.
