Well if you use a hub there’s a big problem. But you probably don’t understand the difference between a hub, switch or router so if I were to go beyond that you would get really confused. Call your isp and find out why you are experiencing latency/packet loss. It isn’t bungies fault.

A person that understands dedicated and shared connections. A person that can coherently speak to network setups and diagnostics. A person that understands that just because lights aren’t flashing doesn’t mean something isn’t wrong. Can you actively test and understand the frequencies from your house to your connection externally beyond that? If not you probably shouldn’t blame a video game. Who are you?
