There is no hardware temp bans (i.e. restriction). Restrictions are only account based. The length would depend on several factors (reason, which number infraction this is for user, how many other players were harmed, etc). Sounds like this is either 1) the person’s 2nd restriction, or 2) it was for extreme circumstances. As such, it is likely a minimum of 2 months.
