What about characters that were lost due to your error? i did not delete the character. Surely you can check your own system to see if there is/ was a fault.

I can promise you that your Titan did NOT go away due to any error I made.

Well it did not go away due to any error I made either, and you can check records I can not. I am simply requesting you check. My character disappeared for no reason and id like to know why.

Just because somebody at Bungie marked my original reply as being the correct answer to your question... Does not mean I have access to any records you don't. The bottom line is that no matter what the reason for the Titan going away happens to be, Bungie has already stated that it will not be replaced.

Bungie has not stated to me that it wont be replaced. They have information in regard to manual deletion, this is not a manual deletion problem. My character disappeard for no reason. How can I get to talk to Bungie directly?

You could try shooting a pm to Cozmo, but he will simply reiterate what I stated in my original reply. The help forum is really the only way to try and get help.

Its out of order that they treat their customers in this way. Unless i receive a official response from them and some evidence they at least looked into this then I will not be continuing giving any more money to Bungie this is last straw now. This is their error not mine.

Someone deleted it. Every time Bungie has responded regarding a deleted character it was the result of a manual deletion. You should change your acct password in case it was accessed from somewhere else. Bungie will not replace lost characters, no matter the reason.

You're not going to get anywhere posting on the forums. Most likely you are shit outta luck, but if you want any chance at all you will need to get on the phone and call them directly. Again, most likely they will tell you the same thing, that theres nothing to be done, but at least you have a better chance of it than posting on the forums (which they never read anyways) Best of luck to you!
