So I'll tell you what just happened I gave up on you now before those get on here and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about I am in the top 10% of those with time and energy in this game with over 700hrs played on destiny 2 and over 900hrs on Destiny 1 so just sit down and enjoy the read it won't be long winded I promise. Why did I give up? Because of RNG stacked on top of RNG and then a little more. Thats not all though so here are my key points. 1. I have all 3 characters at 600 and play them all every week in almost every activity grinding my ass of for new exotics but do I get them? No I get shit on so I waited on the newest patch and that got me a fighting lion, a coldheart yes 2 exotics that have been guaranteed to me previously so no reason to get them again but the final straw was yesterday when I got Synthoceps....while wearing Synthoceps...yea a big -blam!- me right....I have not seen a forsaken exotic outside questline exotics in a month and its bullshit to say the least you have my money give me my -blam!-ing content right? not like I haven't tried to earn it.. Next on the list lets talk about PVP having a solo only que vs a team que would make a ton of sense as I gave up on that awhile ago got tired of getting destroyed by stacked teams. I won't even mention the trash meta or Telesto thats been mentioned enough. Gambit well this suffers not only from the same issues mentioned above with the solo vs team and the sleeper meta but also after the original Ace quest and now the Malfeasance quest I have grown to absolutly despise this game mode and all it has to offer as I played a number of games just looking for the meatball with just hopes of being the winning team just to have to go back to gambit an be one of those portal hogging heavy hoarding mote stealing players everyone hates and doesn't help the team out because it doesn't work for their quest step etc.. So gambit no thanks ever again. The raid well where do I start here the raid is fun and fantastic if only the rest of my clan hadn't given up because of the for mentioned bullshit and LFG wasn't a bunch of posts with KWTD must have 5+ Clears only speed run die will be kicked etc...... maybe I could do that but no its a vicious cycle of must have expiriance but can't get expiriance without first having expiriance. Thats all thanks to the high light level requirements set forth by those -blam!-ing worlds first exploiters that should have been stripped of the title for exploits of engrams chests etc... this made the goal of being able to compete unobtainable so alot of fireteams gave up before even trying.. then there is the random chance to be able to get the 1000 voices from one of 20 chests at the end yay rng stacked with vegas odds great bravo. I am so sick of the .001% chances on rng that I quit. I am bored to death of the same old shit everyday for every charcter there is literally nothing to grind for I have all year one exotics Xur is useless I have all quest exotics up to date no matter how bullshit the steps to obtain them were. I have beaten the Throne and the Raid. I hate gambit and PVP due to matchmaking and there is no reason to run 100 strikes just to maybe be rewarded with another fighting lion so what do I do? I quit that is the only option I see that I have as this game is so unrewarding it makes me want to give up on gaming entirely. You have my money congrats Bungie but you won't get anymore of it that I promise shame on you. As for Black Armory you can keep it as I cant even get content from forsaken so there is no use. I could keep going with everything else that I dislike about the game but whats the use its all just personal opinion anyway. But when thousands bring up the same things day after day maybe its for good reason. Funny how you will fix an issue or exploit that helps players almost overnight but issues that hinder players either never get fixed or only get tweaked slightly months later. Literally every other developer is eons better at customer support than you even No Mans Sky fixed their launch issues quickly and turned their game around after a massive failure. Other companies put out patches daily to make their games better not wait two months and address it then bullshit.I am bored I have nothing to strive for I feel unrewarded I am done with what feels less like fun and mor like a horrible job so Goodbye from one of your top 10% of fans.
