Not really it's just one more person. The only reason you feel it's chaotic is because maybe on the other team your dealing with a stack or your dealing with a three stack and a carry. It's not as bad as 6v6 which has made quickplay horrible to do especially when you get that stacked team of 6 bffs or 6 clan members who communicate vs 6 solo players who don't communicate and do there own thing.
