Do you have duplicate character classes such as two Titans? If so the milestone rewards are once per week per character class. That’s the only thing that should be causing the PL drop numbers you’re seeing and it is an intended mechanic.

I am also getting this... powerful engrams are dropping at the same level as blues / legendary engrams i.e. at my base level without mods I do however have two titans and one warlock but this is happening across both the titan and the warlock. I understand that Bungie had to do something regarding having two of the same class but this just seems broken atm I did the three milestones last night on my warlock and second titan and didn't get anything that was above what the blues drop at (unless it dropped with a mod... even still these were below my current power level) This is insane and makes me think what the hell is the point of playing if I cannot level up Bungie need to acknowledge this and fix it!

I can't see your characters, but if you have 2 of the same character, your milestone rewards will be much lower on one of them. This is bungies way of halting power leveling to ensure that players aren't able to breeze through the grind to max light level as easy as they were able to in past expansions

I have 1 of each character and I have noticed this. Driving me insane. All 3 characters were 366 max when using my most powerful weapons on Tuesday. I’ve done all actives except raid and nightfall and guess what, I managed to get 1 character (my Titan) to 367 after getting 12 powerful engrams (24 new items). Repeats and Lower level crap. Screw RNG.
