You do realize Bungie employed a psychologist on the creation of the first game. Then they simply transferred the ideas to the second.

Quite simply they made this system for people to get addicted to a simple form of gambling. The psychologist they employed dealt exclusively in addictions of that nature. It was a gambling simulator through and through with numerous layers of RNG for you to beat. I see you truly are an obnoxious ass, so after this I'm done discussing the manner. So they made the game rewarding? That's what you just said. You didn't say anything about walls to keep us blocked off from finishing. Nothing suggests they make more money for. Forcing you to grind, they make it by making a fun experience. It is ok though, keep pretending you said anything meaningful and common sense doesn't apply.
