still NOTHING?
game still freezing randomly every few minutes of game play ..all of those so called solutions of course didnt do shit (big surprise as the game itself actually needs a proper patch!)
CE-34878-0 is just a generic code of the ps4-OS issued on ANY crash that cannot be classified proper...its like the ps4 saying : i dont know whats wrong but this game -blam!-ed up BIG time and needs to terminate immediately
we are infront of our 1st weekend ..we all paid very handsomely for your buggy game (yes thats right by now most of us actually figured it out that its defo NOT a hardware issue!) - you have known the particular error since BETA!
- and yet STILL no friggin ETA on a proper patch?!
are you kidding me?! now we will all spent our entire weekend without being able to play (STILL!) and since you wont do shtie over the weekend you will certainly also not release a patch in beginning of next week for sure!
you DO realize theres a thing called customer satisfaction? and that customers actually ARE able to remember the crap you pull on them?!!!!

Yep, this is the most sane post about this issue. Didn't PlayStation customer support tell I guy it could be a month?? They should really come out with an ETA, they should have a clue as of now, or an educated guess even. Is there a time window as of when to be compensated? I guess from Sony since I bought the game from their store and can't play it. I don't want to return it as of now, but we do pay a premium to play at launch.

you know the funny thing is it really shouldnt be that complicated to fix...after all PS4PRO (and normal ps4s) run the same damn chipsets - so its not half as complicated as fixing some problem on pc games...dealing with console hardware is piss easy in comparison! also on pcs you have a million things that can influence why something isnt working ... other software installed? well not possible on a ps4 virus? well not possible on a ps4 because system is simply a closed circuit OS not uptodate? well not possible because you can ONLY play anything related to online services IF your OS is on latest update driver issues? what drivers?! issues with variations in hardware? what variations?! theres only 1 manufacturer of hardware in this case.. if bungie is alrdy -blam!-ing up this badly on a console game ..im dying to have a GOOD laugh at how the pc launch will go ..as there will be a million more possible issues due to much more complex platform

Yeah, didn't even think of that! But tons of us experienced the same issue in the beta, it's beyond me that they have the guts to release the game without fixing the issue! Why the hell can't they speak up? It's not a tiny shitty problem, we can't play the -blam!-ing game!! Why are they quiet about this? Don't they know what the problem is? They could just come out and say; -Our servers can't handle the load! We -blam!-ed up but we are working on it! The phrasing(?) "Investigating" is not a good sign though.

on D1 release situation was similar...dont remember what exactly the bug was i was dealing with but was also total crap and no fix until god knows when! i remember alrdy back then i was super irritated and asking myself what kind of major company has like ZERO customer service ? they dont even give you a contact form you can send them tickets with?! no phone numbers for calling?! now you could say they use the money they save on that for other things ...but then again for WHAT?! since appearently its not being used for trouble shooting? otherwise simple hotfixes wouldnt take damn MONTHS to come out
