My main strategy to revive someone is to strafe left and right while holding X or even shooting if they are close enough to me. Its imposible to count how many times an ally has attempted a revive on me and they just stay there, immobile.... like if holding X just paralyze every other function in their brain leaving them to an inevitable death.
