I'm talking about legendary snipers for [b]PVE[/b] Which is the best/strongest? Best is for me the combination of impact and high fire rate. I've seen footage of datto trying all the snipers out and it looked like Black Spindle was the strongest, but that's an exotic. Event Horizon was the strongest legendary but i'm not sure whether he tried other snipers as well. *EDIT* I forgot to put [b]PvE [/b]only
