I haven't really noticed it, I wonder if mk.44 are counteracting. Some are talking about a timer, which I also haven't seen. Unless they ninja nerfed it today.

The next day I booted up Destiny I got a random anonymous update and when I started playing I noticed IC and SC wasn't acting up to par it was awful. I looked on the forms to see if anyone else was experiencing this but no one made a post about it Bungie didn't even have patch notes on the matter.
