What's better for a nightstalker
I can get all three to be pretty equal but I'm trying to find the best roll

Depending on playstyle. I used to run intelect strenght together with sealed grasp for double invis grenades. Now i mostly have intelect discipline and have smoke set up as poison.

Personally I'd say Discipline/Strength if you're looking to wombo all day in crucible.
