I know what you're thinking; this thread has been done before.
Well, yes. Though in this thread I would like people to delve deeper into the specifics rather than broad generic traits.
So, what little personality aspects are the sexiest?
You don't have to put it into the context of an actual person, think about the traits themselves.

1 RespuestaVery talkative and witty. A girl who can hold a conversation with me for hours is my kind of girl. I can't stand people who are overly simple and have trouble with complex subjects. Sarcastic in a friendly way. Also, very suggestive and uses innuendoes often. I believe how a person plays with their words can completely change how sexy they are. Being entirely straightforward is no fun. Timid, but not so timid that she can't bring herself to say or do anything "interesting" due to nervousness. There needs to be a balance of shyness and confidence. Adorable, and very sexy. Very comfortable with me, like a best friend. And able to make me feel comfortable with her in the same way. Being able to talk with her about anything and everything, and having fun while doing it, makes her so attractive. And finally, loyal and dedicated. A girl who will absolutely pour her heart out for me. I have a lot of love to give, but I don't feel safe doing so unless I know she'll do the same. A girl who will love me like there's no other will be showered with more affection than she could ever know what to do with.

A good personality consists of a chick with a little hardbody, who will satisfy all sexual demands without being too slutty about things, and who essentially will keep her dumb -blam!-ing mouth shut. The only girls who have a conventionally good personality who are smart or maybe funny or halfway intelligent or talented are ugly chicks. I think a person who is everyone's best friend and has allegiance to nothing in particular is boring. Give me someone with a personality that has jagged bits and a certain amount of ruthlessness in their hearts. When it comes to protecting their families and standing up for things they believe, I want someone who can get ugly about it. That's sexy. Easy relationships are easily abandoned. Its sexy when someone wants to fight to keep it- even if it means fighting with each other about something instead of sweeping it under the rug because they don't want to think about sad stuff.
