Trying to get bolt caster so I made a new Titan just finished the main story and vanguard helper quest witch should unlock the will breaker quest. However Shaxx isn't giving me the quest. Is this a problem or did I miss something like I need to be level 40, bet original story, can only have one sword. Any help is appreciated.
