There should not be a collective level cap or else Y2 ToO will be filled with Y1 guns. I support a separate playlist for lvl 34's but 2 issues come to mind. 1) what would the rewards be? There is no content in game right now, except for the raids, that give you Y1 gear. I suppose they could incorporate the old rewards but honestly, with how effective the messenger is compared to Y2 guns I just don't see that happening. 2) How are we sure enough people would play? I think it's safe to say that the majority of non-TTK players don't play the game very much, so how are we even sure the resources needed for separate playlists would be worth it Again, I support having a separate playlist but honestly I'm just not completely sure it's viable.
