I've got my Spark of Light burning a hole in my inventory. should i use it to start a Hunter or Warlock? i've been a Titan since the beginning but looking to start a new character? with your response please provide reasons for why i should create the character you're suggesting. thanks!

Start with Warlock mate. Its a great way to get a feel for what Bungie envisioned for Destiny and you'll feel pretty damn powerful as you level up. Every upgrade to your subclass only makes you feel more powerful. Hunters are fun and all but it has too much of a Call of Duty feel to the play style.

If you want to be challenged because you are squishy and have only 2 useful Subclasses in PvE then make a Hunter. To be clear I am not hating on Hunters I am just stating facts. They are much softer than the two other classes and Bladedancer is essentially useless in PvE. Just my two cents.

Hunter is hella fun imo even tho i started with a warlock. In saying that tho, it should boil down to one question, pve or pvp, which do you play predominately? If its the former, go warlock, the latter, go hunter. Tbh, you'll end up making a third anyway. As soon as i branched to my second i had a third maxed about 2 weeks later. Choice is everything and they're all good in their own right.

Dude be a hunter it's awesome you won't regret it dude BE A HUNTER

6 RespuestasI main a Warlock and imo it's more fun to use. But dude, look at that amazing Psion cloaks that you can get for the Hunter. Just because of that I will play my Hunter for a while.

2 RespuestasJust can't stand the hunter jump. I die so often forgetting hunters suck and can't fly.

Here is what I think of the 3 classes (having played over 500 hours in the game and having all 3 at level 34. I, like you, started a Titan day 1, then made a hunter and warlock. Titans: Tankiest in pve, great defender subclass, but bad for pvp, short range melee. Hunters: great for pvp, but after playing Titan, feel really weak in pve, not being able to melee hordes of enemies to death. I haven't tried nightstalker yet though. Warlocks: Tanky enough in pve to match the Titan play style, but are also good in pvp. I prefer warlocks, after playing Titan for 6 months, I was unable to do well on a hunter in pve, but I could do well on a Warlock in both game modes, and now main a warlock.

Either choice would be great now, but I main a Warlock so I'll just choose that.

Hunter will do better for you in the raid. And has great perks in all subclasses for pvp

My Titan was my main from alpha all through year 1. I love the Nightstalker. It's now my new PvE main. I vote hunter.

Editado por Creasey: 10/5/2015 8:10:55 AMThey're both excellent classes, but Hunter's Nightstalker is crazy good and crazy fun! I prefer Warlock, but Hunter is my alt.

None make a titan

Love the hunter class. Each subclass has its perks and disadvantages. I like using the blade dancer and the new void subclass. I am a support person not a huge damage dealer like warlocks and titans. Don't get me wrong hunters can deal damage but titans and warlocks are better at that. With blade dancer you have the ability to go invisible and go around enemies to pick up allies or sneak by enemies you don't really need to bother with. With the new class it's great tethering enemies together and generating a lot of orbs for allies and making it easier to kill a group. Plus it's a bow and arrow.

1 RespuestaIt depends on your play style. Do you want to be a war-mage? Or more like an assassin?

Warlock , hunters complain too much , don't turn into a bitch

Warlock because you get a good PvP subclass, a good PvE subclass, and a good PvP and PvE subclass. Hunters have 2 PvP and 1 PvE
-
You'll have fun with both but I'm naturally bias towards the Hunter. I have a blast with mine!

warlock is Ok in certain scenarios, but hunter is more useful now do to the subclass, they swapped places since taken king released
