Which sword did you choose and why?
Not sure if this has been asked already, but I'm just curious. I'm a Warlock main and chose the void legendary sword because I felt most of the enemies shields are solar or arc. Anyways, I'm going to work towards the exotic one next but is there a specific one for each class strategy wise? I saw in the forums earlier for example, the void sword was a bad choice for a hunter. I'm not a hunter (thanks in advance captain obvious), just using it as an example lol.

Arc, because none of my friends chose it. they ether picked solar or void.

Editado por Seldser: 9/25/2015 7:01:58 PMVoid, 'cuz Dark-Drinker looks amazing For void kills I recommend going to the Dreadnaught and waiting for enemies to move against each other, then head into and enemy spawn with Tlaloc and use vortex grenades while punching and supering when you can. You'll easily fill 20% of the bar each time

Arc edge because I'm too lazy to farm relic iron and helium. Turns out the arc exotic is the best one. Once again my motto work smart, not hard pays off.

Reasons I chose Sol Edge: 1. I'm a big Soul Calibur fan, and Soul Edge is the evil sword. It's an epic reference. 2. The exotic has dat uppercut. Dat amazing uppercut. 3. Having a shield resistant to Arc and Void are very useful for strikes. 4. Things that to solar damage are usually easy to evade, like Slap rifles or Projection rifles. The Hobgoblin is the notable exception. 5. Most popular weapons in crucible do Arc or Void, or Kin. My shield has th a Powah~ 6. Raze Lighter heavily reminds me of the Ends of the Earth keyblade. 7. Raze Lighter= Rave Light. Raves are fun~

Each of our three man close knit team chose a sword for our new subclass. I got void cause im the hunter, titan nabbed solar, warlock got arc. Our lock is super salty about bolt caster not being as op as the other two.

Chose Void, cause i always find solar and arc primarie/special weapons more usefull to keep at hand

I chose solar for my Titan because I have armor for solar defense.

1 RespuestaTitan Main. I chose Arc, because now with Ruin Wings I almost never use my primary or special. I have ranged and melee abilities with my sword! I also run as a Defender so I'm also a bubble making machine with heavy weapon kills <3

Solar because it's called sol edge. It made me giggle. I hope some out there knows why I like the name sol edge. -
I went arc because it required spinmetal and I had tons. I would've gone solar but I didn't have enough relic iron on me and I didn't feel like walking over to my vault. Little did I know I would be collecting an insane amount of new spinmetal on top of what I already had. I chose wrong (although the arc exotic sword is incredible so i ain't mad)

Went with Solar first because my friend that I play with went with Void, just got the Arc one on my Titan. No particular reason why I grabbed one or the other, I plan to have them all.

Void because the exotic version has an area attack which can prove useful for my hunter when surrounded by thralls/taken thralls and because I hate minotaurs.
