I agree with you but voting yes is pointless. You had better read the usage agreement that no one reads the first time they get on. Chances are there is a clause protecting them from legal action. I by no means approve of their tactics but suing them will more than likely just leave the plaintiff with the legal bill and possibly a defamation of character charge.
