I'm a destiny fan but got more and more disappointed after each dlc and didn't know if I wanted to waste more money on it. After doing the update, just the visual changes and upcoming ones like the quests story (finally cut scenes) have me excited again. I'm still going to wait to see what people think come next Tuesday but I'm heavily leaning on buying it. So just wait for reviews and I'm sure the forums will be a hotbed for the missions, quests, strikes etc.

Same here, im not a destiny hater but roughly a month and a half maybe 2 months after each dlc I couldnt find a reason to play destiny til the next dlc. So this one I dont mind waiting for reviews.

It's smart to be honest. I don't like how the cap is stuck at 34 for those who don't buy the expansion like at least let people level up and still play the game. I think destiny is going in a good direction but no harm in waiting.

I have the same sentiment as you.

Just patience, trust me I want to get on the hype train like alot of other people but I'm still gonna wait. I really want destiny to be great especially with all the untapped potential and all the ideas and storylines they haven't even started yet. I'm sure there plenty of other people like us who are cautiously optimistic so here's to destiny finally going in the right direction.

Anything I am on the dilemma train is that if I pre-order, I get a free suro starter pack!

Lol that's incentive enough I hear you. I'm looking forward to mayhem on Friday that should be fun too.
