Yesterday I started a patrol on Earth and something nice happened. I encountered a level 3. It's been ages since I saw a new Guardian (or perhaps someone starting a new character). We waved, pointed at each other, danced and I followed him killing some stuff on the way. I then went to Skywatch and guess what, I ended up with a level 4 to welcome the wolves. I grabbed a scorch cannon, handed it over and basked in the glorious instant, looking at the Guardian shooting stuff. I hope I can meet a new Guardian soon, these days when you see people on patrol they don't stop anymore, they go about their business and as soon as finished, orbit. I miss the time we were new to the game. This patrol was good: I forgot about the endless whining and complains on the forum, I forgot about my own frustrations with the game, I forgot about the "earned this, Xured that", the GGS, the "RNG sucks" (it does) and all the rest. The last weeks have been so toxic and charged with bad emotions from all sides. I'm not a happy Guardian don't get me wrong here but it's time to pause. Share a happy memory, a good moment in Destiny. Please Guardians, please.
