I have 5 in my vault and i don't farm them, they're actually really easy to get, and using them outside of level 34 and 35 is pointless

Using them is pointless, lol, poe is already boring.

Ive never got anything out of those big chests that i didn't dismantle, besides strange coins. The elder cypher and elemental primary were both from skolas right after downing him, so yeah... Those chests are useless. Or i have shitty luck

And the cipher weapons are meh too. Etheric light is the only good loot and useless by now.
