No he didn't. I have 2 old spears and 1 new. Final round isn't in the new HoW perk tree set. Nice try though troll.

I have 4 spears from last iorn banner, rerolled one for a void set for skolas and I get final round every 2 rolls.

Yes, the OLD spears. New ones won't be able too. I did the same with mine. Arc, ambush, surplus, armor pierce, final round.
