Try this out, I found it the best way to get a Gally.

If its not working for you, you may need to try pushing the button in a smooth pattern.
Edit 2:
If you have miscounted the button pushers it may not drop, so you may need to wait until the weekly reset.

You go to the exotic chest in VoG, have one person shoot the chest twice with gally, have one titan pop blessing of light over it, one pop weapons, and then dance for :17 seconds not 16, not 18...17 seconds. And then right when you open the chest make sure your boyfriend is on pump 3 of that cock in your butt. Everyone knows that. Duh.
