Ill Will. Possibly the best pvp handcannon. Check this roll
After rolling this weapon enough time to make me go glimmer broke twice, and enough motes wasted to give Xur a lightgasm, I got luck in the chamber, final round, and speed reload on the ill will.
Edit: officially dubbed "Baby Hawk".......by me :)
That things impact is absolutely awesome, and a 7 round mag with luck and final round.....smash.
There is a possibility to roll a perk (the ones you pick from) that gives less mag size and increases stability and range.(called Smallbore) It seems that, with fr and luck, might be the best roll. But I'll deal with what I have.
Gonna upgrade it after I get some sleep and then go berserk in trials with it.
Tell me what you guys think.
Edit: Thanks for all the comments and such. I should have mentioned, I've had all 3 exotic hand cannons for a long time. I could use them whenever. Hawkmoon is my favorite. There are tons of great weapons out there now, with awesome rolls. The exotics are great, but there are some legendaries that can keep up imo.

Mine has triple tap, small bore, and luck. It will 2 shot in crucible if the lucky round comes up.

3 RespuestasI've got a "Loner.Rebel" with luck in the chamber, final round and braced frame that brings the mag down to 6 and ups the stability. I don't think it'll replace TLW or Thorn though.

My gf got the same roll but has small bore. It's insanely effective for a legendary. 5 rounds, 2 have bonus damage. So yeah, sort of a mini Hawkmoon. Would like to give it a shot myself.

Jest got the drop from iron banner. Last round, smallbore and luck in the chamber. Don't even have to roll it. Stability and rate of fire on this gun are low, so I dont expect much. I have hawkmoon and i' m not a fan of it in crucible... So idk

I finally rolled mine to final round litc and small bore. It's a two shot Cannon for sure. 6 rounds in the chamber and with the right sights and hand cannon reloader it's not bad at all. Crucible it's 95 on a hs, 125 on litc or final round proc. 135 on final round with litc to the dome. I've hit a barely injured player on the dome with that last bullet and dropped them like a sack of crap where they stood. I agree that it can be easily out classed by exotics but in the right hands this gun is potent as hell. As a tlw user primarily, it takes a bit of adjusting. Once you are though it's so much fun!

My friend just rolled the small bore with luck in the chamber and final round. Said it's a beast in IB right now.
