It's called LAG. Pretty cool but I seriously doubt this was the result of any situation not involving copious amounts of lag. Destiny would be much more fun and much less frustrating if they just had dedicated servers. Tired of instances like me hitting someone twice with Scorch while in Radiance with my Claws of Ahamkara that give me two melee cooldowns only to watch them throw a knife in my face taking down both flame shields and my entire health bar resulting in death as they walk away unscathed. Fix your game Bungie. I love Destiny but the lag truly has to stop. When Tom Clancy's: The Division comes out there will be no reason for me to play this game if I continue to face palm multiple times during every crucible match. Also, the fact that I generally DESTROY my opponents getting 25+ kills and 3+ K/D games when nobody is lagging is hilarious. Only reason my K/D is below 2.0 is because of the garbage lag that guarantees undeserved deaths. I played Skirmish last night with a friend and was able to play three WHOLE matches without any sort of noticeable lag. Sure enough I got two 31 kill matches and a 25. All three involved 6+ K/Ds. Of course that was short lived because the MOMENT I head back to orbit after destroying the enemy team I get put into a match where although their team was obviously working together they were rubber banding all over the place and blatantly disregarding the physics of the game. I just wish I could save short clips of players running through walls, appearing out of nowhere from across the map and taking multiple Truth rockets to the face only to one hit me with their Last Word. Then when they sack tap me thinking they are good I can show them just how terrible they really are. Add Dedicated servers to your game and watch all the lagging scum begin to drop in K/D while mine sky rockets. Oh and in case your wondering what I am talking about like this "lag" is some sort of mythical beast or legend I have attached a perfect example of what lag switch and/or terrible internet and network hardware looks like.

That's the IB sniper rifle, so maybe he had ceramic rounds on. After head shotting the first guy, the round ricocheted off the rock behind and hit 2 more players in the head, or they were already on low health.

Its called Lag compensation and poorly placed hitboxes. Being an avid PC player it happens a lot in counter strike. Plus hitboxes are prob half inch away from the model.
