I put at least 1500-1800 hours into each of the Monster Hunter series installments that I've played, which has been four of them. I will play the hell out of MH no matter how many hours I put into a title because taking down giant monsters is a lot of fun. I've also put 1000+ hours into Diablo 3, and have level 70 wizard, barbarian, and demon hunter and a Paragon level of 100. I still regularly play it. The key difference though, is that those are a lot of fun and the developer doesn't meddle with shit constantly. I like grinder games, but Bungie is hellbent on dicking this one up.
