There is nothing new there, the VOG gear isn't new and the dust walker was sold before the dlc, the warlock bond is in the speakers rotation as.

It starts at level 30 light and has no upgrades.

It's not the gear itself, but the fact that they can be upgraded to lvl 42 light instead of the usual 30 we get from VoG. Pretty neat! I wonder if they'll just allow the upgrade, or will we have to pay glimmer/shards to get it. But yeah I'm almost positive the bond is in the speakers roto

It's all un-upgraded so the light goes to 42 on the VoG gear.
